Scen Agency BV (Scen Studio) considers your (the Client) privacy extremely important and will process and use your data in a secure but necessary manner, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. In this privacy statement you can see which data we collect from you (the Client) and why.

3. DATA PROCESS

  1. To process the applied services, manage your booking (including cancellation) including the process of financial administration we use and process your (the Client) full name, company name/address, associated KVK data, e-mail, telephone number, payment details, purchase history, bank details and any other applicable data that may be deemed necessary to the applied services and data necessary for the tax authorities or law.
  2. To track the usage of our website we use Google Analytics, in which cookies are used. This data has been obtained from your visit to our website.
  3. As applicable by Dutch Law, we store this data for up to 7 years after the end of our agreement.
  4. Due to privacy rights, we will not provide your (the Client) data to any third party, unless for business purposes as required by the tax authorities or law. Data collected may be used for completions of bookings and payments such as Stripe (financial service company) and Appointedd (booking service company).

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. By entering into this agreement you (the Client) allow us to use any visual material and client names for our website, social media and portfolio, unless prior explicit objection is made by you (the Client).

5. RIGHTS

  1. The General Data Protection Regulation supplies a number of rights with regard to the personal data that you have provided and such data can be requested by you (the Client) at any time. Should you have any concerns or which for such data to be amended, please contact us at info@scenagency.com.

6. FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. We are permitted at any time to amend this privacy statement.
  2. Should you (the Client) have any concerns or complaints please contact us as info@scenagency.com. You can also contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
